Ramen is our Passion
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY IS MY CHASHU COLD?
Your Chashu and soft boiled egg are carefully cooked to perfection and then stored in the fridge for safekeeping.
To warm them up, simply push them under your hot ramen broth before eating!
slurp your noodles!
Handmade ramen noodles are best eaten as quickly as possible so they keep their fresh taste and texture.
Serious ramen chefs say that perfect noodles will only last five minutes, so it is your duty to start eating as soon as the bowl is delivered and not stop until you are finished!
It is very typical to hear wild slurping in a typical Japanese ramen shop. The slurping enhances the flavors and helps cool down the piping hot noodles as they enter your mouth. It is also fine to lift up the bowl to drink the soup directly from the bowl.
WHERE'S THE SUSHI ?
Every Japanese restaurant in Kelowna offers sushi on their menu. We decided to be uniques and focus all of our energy on serving the best ramen in town.
We have so many ramen fans now, we are happy we made the switch. We still offer other izakaya dishes for those strange people who don’t love ramen 😉
